Marc COUTELIER started his career in the financial software industry some 25 years ago, as a Consultant for McDonnel Douglas Information Systems. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering. Marc became a co-founder of Quotient France SA in 1989. In the early 1990s, Quotient acted as a distributor for Summit , in addition to designing and selling its own proprietary financial software offerings. Quotient France and Summit merged in the mid 90's. British MISYS group then acquired the new company. In 2002, Marc was in charge of developing the European business for Summit Transact ASP. In May 2003, he took over the management of the Asia-Pacific region. In January 2005, Marc became the Managing Director for Continental Europe in charge of two highly profitable Business Units in Paris and Frankfurt with 80 people generating an annual revenue of 28M€, and became member of the Board of Directors.
